Terms of engagement

These terms apply to use of future-digitalapi.digital and to professional audit engagements with Future Digitalapi, operating from Chau's Coml Centre, Tsuen Wan District, Hong Kong.

Website use

Content on this site is informational. Indicative fees and durations are estimates, not binding offers. Formal work begins only after a signed engagement letter or statement of work.

Services

We provide customer due diligence audit services for fintech firms, including CDD programme audits, onboarding file sampling, PEP and sanctions control reviews, and ongoing monitoring assurance. We do not process payments or complete checkout on this website.

Client responsibilities

Clients must provide accurate information, timely access to customer files and screening records as agreed, and authority for systems in scope. Delays in access may extend timelines and fees as set out in the engagement letter.

Confidentiality and independence

We treat client materials and customer data as confidential and disclose conflicts we identify during intake. Audit opinions and findings are limited to the agreed scope and period.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, liability under an engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited by law.
